What to Wear:
- Sporting or Casual attire. Whatever you would wear for a hike. Please wear sneakers or boots (no sandals). Check the weather here for what to expect.
- Any climbing equipment required is provided at no additional cost. You are welcome to bring your own. Your guide will request sizes if necessary.
Refunds and Weather
Climb Denver’s cancellation policy stipulates that no refunds or rescheduling are allowed within three days of your scheduled trip. This policy applies to both refunds and the option to reschedule. Large groups are subject to agreed terms. To request an easy refund, visit your account. To reschedule, give us a call at 719-354-3332.
We typically wait until the morning of our trip to make a final call on bad weather except if bad weather is certain. If the guide cancels, you’ll be given the option for a full refund or reschedule.
Late/No Show Policy:
Our trips leave the parking lot 15 minutes after your scheduled time. If you do not show up or run late, you will not be able to join later and will not receive a refund. Please arrive by your scheduled time.

Equipment and Logistics
No. We will supply everything you need. If you have your own equipment, please bring it.
Yes. All of our classes use real outdoor cliffs. We are NOT a climbing gym.
We will reach out if we require your shoe size. Often we’ll have enough climbing shoes on site to size you upon your arrival.

We offer transportation for our summer camps and also run a shuttle bus during summer. Contact us directly for these details.
We get really busy during summer so make sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible.
We ask that participant bring their own reusable water bottle. But we also have free-of-charge water on site for your consumption.
We provide basic snacks with our excursions.
We ask that all participants use the bathroom before arriving. There are often bathrooms at the parking lot but sometimes are closed.
Cancellations and Refunds
In the case of severe weather, we may have to cancel your trip. If this occurs, you can choose a refund or reschedule.
No. Colorado stays relatively dry on the Front Range.
Absolutely. We understand plans can change and offer full refunds UP UNTIL 3 days before your scheduled trip. No refunds are provided within this window. This protects our guides as they are paid by the trip.
