Please read this entire page. To guarantee easy parking, plan to arrive 15 minutes early. Trips leave 15 minutes after your scheduled meeting time and no refund will be provided for late arrivals.
*Tipping your guide for a job well done is customary.

3. What To Bring
What to Bring:
- Water (Suggested 24oz per climber)
- Sunblock
- Small backpack for Personal Items (Optional)
What to Wear:
- Sporting or Casual attire. Whatever you would wear for a hike. Please wear sneakers or boots (no sandals). Check the weather for Golden, Colorado to see what temperatures to expect.
Climbing Equipment:
- Any climbing equipment required is provided at no additional cost. You are welcome to bring your own. Your guide will request sizes if necessary.

5. Cancellations and Weather
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel up to 3 days before your trip for a full refund. No refund is provided within three days except for bad weather.
Weather Policy:
We typically wait until the morning of our trip to make a final call on bad weather except if bad weather is certain. If the guide cancels, you’ll be given the option for a full refund or reschedule.
Late/No Show Policy:
Our trips leave the parking lot 15 minutes after your scheduled time. If you do not show up or run late, you will not be able to join later and will not receive a refund. Please arrive by your scheduled time.
Reschedule Policy:
Can’t make it? You can reschedule at any time, even within the 3 day no refund period. Contact me by phone or email to make the change. IMPORTANT: By rescheduling, you forfeit any future refund of that trip.
