By using the services of Denver Climbing Company LLC (“we”, “us”), including booking climbing classes online or via SMS, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. SMS Messaging

By opting in, you consent to receive:

Transactional SMS:

  • Booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, weather updates, and class information
  • Message frequency varies
  • Message & data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to opt out
  • Consent is not required to book a class

Marketing SMS (Optional):

  • Promotional messages, including special offers, events, and discounts
  • Message frequency varies
  • Message & data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to opt out
  • Consent is optional and not required to complete a booking

3. Booking & Cancellations

  • Booking confirmations will be sent via email and/or SMS
  • You may cancel or reschedule per our cancellation policy
  • Links for rescheduling and cancellation will be included in booking confirmation emails

4. Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to participate in climbing classes and opt in to SMS messaging.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Climb Denver Company LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier or technical issues
  • All climbing activities carry inherent risk. Participants assume full responsibility for personal injury or property damage
