Hans grew up in North Carolina, home of the biggest mountains in the world! After studying engineering and working a monday-friday for 3 years, Hans has been guiding full time since 2022 with climbing experience since 2016. He has guided summit climbs on Tahoma (Mt. Rainier), 14,411 ft, Mt. Whitney, 14,505 ft, and other snowy peaks, and now guides all over the front range of Colorado. His favorite adventures have been climbing the Nose on El Cap over 4 days (with a rope, duh), climbing on glaciers to 19,974ft in Bolivia, rafting through all of Grand Canyon National Park for 20 days, and ice climbing on Pikes Peak in July! He has been improving his carrot cake recipe since 2021, ask him about it! También le gusta aprender nuevos idiomas.
